Dan Mueller joined Citywide Home Loans as the Central Valley Regional Manager in February 2017. Dan specializes in construction-to-permanent home loan financing, builder/developer business, and brings with him more than 25 years of lending experience. Leading with honesty and integrity, Dan believes that “life is about relationships” — a motto that has enabled him to establish a positive work environment for both employees and clients. A native Fresnan, Dan is deeply dedicated to the community. He is involved with various local organizations, as well as his Alma Mater, California State University, Fresno. “I feel it is important to give back to the locality that provided me with both an education and opportunity for success.”
Dan began his career as a real estate agent, stepping into the escrow and title field after graduating college. He transitioned into mortgage lending in 1989. These past opportunities and experiences provide Dan with a well-rounded view of the real estate industry, enabling him to successfully facilitate the loan program that best fits the needs of each of his clients. Dan specializes in premier builder business. “Developing trusting relationships with builders in the community has been a priority for me. I take pride in being a part of the growth of both the Fresno and Clovis areas.” Dan believes in a team approach both inside and out of the office. He credits his loan officer associates and operations support staff for the long-standing success of the office. “Our team’s philosophy is simple. We strive to provide personalized service to each client through honest communication, education, and when necessary, problem solving strategies to provide them with the mortgage program that best serves their needs.” When considering a purchase, refinance, or construction of a new home, contact Dan Mueller for your personalized mortgage plan.
