Justin is a member of the corporate leadership team at Citywide where he holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Justin splits his time working on process and program innovations and quality, providing him the opportunity to create improvements for all of Citywide’s employees and customers. Justin has focused extensively on the customer experience and has refined processes and procedures with a singular goal in mind- creating the best possible consumer mortgage experience, from application to closing, in the entire industry.
In addition, Justin heads up growth at Citywide and is responsible for identifying, recruiting and cultivating talent for Citywide. Justin’s focus is on developing strong sales leadership and working with those leaders to ensure they have the opportunity, tools and resources to be successful in their professional goals. Justin’s background as a business consultant provides a unique tool bag for developing to leadership talent and ensuring their growth and success.
Justin is a third-generation Navy Veteran and earned his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Utah. When not working he likes to spend time with his wife, Kalena, and daughter Charlie.
